Moetaryanto Poerwoaminoto AO

Moetaryanto Poerwoaminoto AO is a senior Indonesian businessman and was one of the founding members of the Indonesia Australia Business Council (IABC) in 1989.  The IABC is a leading advisory organisation, building private-sector links, foreign direct investment and trade between Australia and Indonesia. 

Mr Moetaryanto Poerwoaminoto promoted extensive trade and business between Australia and Indonesia and has assisted many Australian business people in understanding the business environment in Indonesia. 

Mr Poerwoaminoto was made an Honorary Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) in 2011 for his service to the Australian business sector, particularly through the IABC.
