Australian Volunteers Program
The Australian Volunteers Program (AVP) matches a broad range of experienced and skilled Australians with partner organisations in Indonesia, to support them to achieve their own development goals. Indonesia is currently the largest recipient country of Australian volunteers.
The core objectives of the AVP in Indonesia is to contribute to Indonesia’s regional and local development. AVP works with government, civil society and local communities to strengthen systems and capacities for increased economic growth, reduced inequality and regional disparity, and improved human development.
